It is up to YOU to revisit this page and intentionally work toward a thriving lifestyle everyday.
1.
For 5 minutes, write down 1 area in your life where your words do not align with your actions; or where traditions do not match your future. Next, write down 3 good habits to eliminate the inconsistency. Then design and implement a plan.
2.
Start your list of 100.
20 leaders in your industry.
20 colleagues you respect.
20 resources you've learned a lot from (videos, books, movies, art, blogs, etc.).
20 close friends and family members.
20 influential and motivational people whom you admire (well-known or not). Choose them based on their ability to provide a value-add.
3.
Listen to the song, I find it Hard to say (Rebel) by Lauryn Hill. Draw a sketch of what comes to your mind as you listen to the words and as you feel the music. If you are unable to hear the words, here is a link to the lyrics.
